The service from our room maintenance lady, Rehmet, was great. She was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you to her! The hotel itself did not give a 5 star appearance or experience. Here's some things to consider... 1. There's a club under that has music going till 5am and we heard it from 3rd floor. 2. The hotel is not walking distance from taksim square but had a shuttle service. The shuttle was broken for two days during our stay. And last shuttle was at 8pm. 3. The pool was closed during our stay. 4. The breakfast is just ok and repetitive(specially the cold scrambled eggs). The other 5 star hotel we stayed at (Elysium taksim) had a chef that made fresh eggs and an amazing buffet. 5. There's a Starbucks there for those that love that. 6. Our tv didn't work and the mattress was like a trampoline lol you literally sunk into it and woke up with back pain. 7. The lobby security were really friendly and helpful.

Great hotel to stay. Very clean. Staff is amazing. I enjoyed my stay and had no problem. Kids loved staying in this hotel as it was so nice, they enjoyed swimming in the pool every day. Beds and pillows were so comfy so we woke fresh every morning to enjoy the day. Breakfast was good. Cleaning staff was amazing so so friendly. Despite of language barrier thy try to communicate with Google translator which is so cute. Dilin Bilir at main / breakfast reception so friendly and nice person. Hotel is at really good location and offer free shuttle few times a day to Taksim square which is amazing. Hope we can come back for another holiday to stay there again.. Insha Allah

Not a full 5 star hotel, but the service, location and rooms are excellent I stayed for 3 nights while going for hair transplant to Istanbul. Now the bad: They have overpriced food for lunch and dinner quality very bad. The bread they gave me was seems like few days old. The Spa again is just selling something and its pure luck you get the good masseuse. Hanam was excellent and I felt good. Now dont know if every time its same experience. They will promise something and give something else and to some US customer it may feel like cheating, which it is.

Reception was so polite and friendly and everything was great. My room was highly clean, breakfast was delicious. They gave me an umbrella cause it was raining.

Not a 5-star, a 3 maybe. Friendly hard-working staff, but not a management policy that considers hospitality. This is a hotel that systematically rips off their guests with ridiculous literally funny prices on drink and food. $15 for a efes beer? $5 for a bottle of mineral water? And a no outside food policy? These prices are not even normal in the most expensive EU cities and are for grocery quality food & drink, nothing special This is very well a systematic scam running in a so-called 5-star hotel which is supposed to be the host of their guests. "Hospitality" is the industry. Breakfast is below average. Not even ok. Their version of salami, is something to take as their standards for food. Corridors are full of stains on the floor, leftover food outside rooms, no ventilation in bathrooms. Pretty old facility. The gym is well-equipped though. A radical change of attitude seems to be necessary for the management.

The hotel service was excellent and it came with delicious hotel breakfast every morning since we've been here. All the staff are very kind and welcoming. They are professional and welcoming. Honestly the bedrooms were also very inviting and the views from the windows are to die for.
